The South Carroll Special School District (SCSSD) invites qualified vendors to submit sealed

bids for the purchase of a Pro 10 Plasma Cutter or equivalent. The plasma cutter will enhance the

district's Advanced Manufacturing program by increasing our capabilities in prototype

manufacturing, sign making, engineering, R&D, and high-definition plasma cutting. This investment

will position students for high-wage, high-demand occupations in the advanced manufacturing sector.

•Lifetime Training & Support from the manufacturer

•Cutting Area: 64" x 121" x 8"

•Rapid Move Speed: 2500 Inches Per Minute

(IPM)

•Gantry: Fully Welded Tube Steel

•Frame: Fully Welded Steel

•Controller: WinCNC with 8GB RAM and

500GB Solid State Hard Drive

•Cutting Capacity: Up to 6 inches with Oxy Fuel

•Gears: Planetary gears (No Belt Reduction)

•Servos: AC Closed Loop Servos on all axes

Late bids will not be considered. Bids will be opened publicly at the South Carroll SSD Board
