Wednesday- "Wacky Wednesday" Let's get silly! Wear your clothes backwards, inside out, or mismatched. Thursday- "The Cat in the Hat" Wear your favorite hat. Friday- 'Sleep Book" Wear appropriate pajamas or comfy clothes. Get ready for a day of reading.

This will be a great opportunity to learn all about the Lambuth Campus! News from the CHS guidance department: Here is an incredible opportunity from our College of Engineering for your students. See attached flyer and the information below on a 3-day Engineering Camp (two camps to choose from). And the best part is…IT’S ONLY $25!!!! Camp, housing, meals all included!!!

We would to Thank Shaquille and the Arrive Alive program for providing this opportunity for our students to learn the potential consequences from distracted driving through virtual reality. Every Clarksburg student from 7th to 12th received the opportunity to sit in the driver seat. Clarksburg School appreciates this opportunity provided to our students.

Exciting announcement: On Tuesday, March 5th from 5:30-7:30 p.m., Clarksburg will have a Dr. Seuss Family Reading Night in the Clarksburg Library. Hear a story! Take an AR test! Meet characters from the Dr. Seuss book series! We will see you there.

Ms. Jay's Chemistry class has been studying the history and overall model of the atom. Today they put their knowledge to the test by building and labeling a model of the atom by utilizing everyday classroom supplies. Good and innovative things are happening at Clarksburg School.

Two(2) per Benton, two(2) per Carrol, and two(2) per Henry County, Tennessee. One(1) student related to a TVAR Association REALTOR® member per county and one(1) student non-related per county. If a county has no REALTOR® related scholarship awarded, that scholarship will be awarded to a non-related student in that county.

Ms. Lindsey Cobbs BioSTEM I students have practiced qualitative and quantitative analysis while identifying an unknown substance. Good things are happening at Clarksburg Schools.

House District 79’s State Representative, Brock Martin, visited Clarksburg today. The students who recently visited the capital learned more about the state Legislative branch and how bills become laws at the state level. Representative Martin emphasized the importance of taking part in our democracy by voting. Good things are happening at Clarksburg Schools.

Ms. Jay’s High school physics students took part in a lab to explain Newtons laws of Motion and universal gravity. This lab also helped determine how impact time changes force to explain the terms of collision and momentum.

The Carroll County Prevention Coalition made it possible for the Clarksburg Teen Health Council and Mrs. Flippin's Civics Class to attend the Prevention Alliance of TN's Day on the Hill event in Nashville on Tuesday. The students travelled to the capital where they were able to participate in a mock state legislative session. Students were able to participate in the process of introducing bills, debating, then voting on them. Our very own Chloe Crum was honored to act as Speaker of the House for the session!
